  • How do I enrol in a course?

    Open a course page from the catalog and click Enrol. Free courses unlock instantly. Paid courses route through Stripe and give you access as soon as the payment clears.

  • Where do my certificates live?

    Earned certificates are on your dashboard. Each certificate has a verifiable public page anyone can scan to confirm it’s real.

  • How do I become an instructor?

    Apply via the instructor application. An admin reviews each one — usually within a few business days.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Yes — full refunds within 14 days of purchase per our Terms of Service. Email info@iesf.org with your enrolment details. Refunds beyond 14 days are at the academy’s discretion.

  • I didn't get my verification email.

    Check spam first. If it’s not there, sign in and request a new one from the verification page, or email us.

  • My course content isn't loading / video won't play.

    Try a hard refresh (Cmd/Ctrl-Shift-R). If it still misbehaves, send the course slug + your browser to info@iesf.org and we’ll dig in.
